We are so excited to bring you our first box, which features Gouache Watercolor. Gouache is also called opaque watercolor, which suits the medium as it can be worked up on the page to a opaque coverage, but it also provides a ton of flexibility in how you mix and thin out the paint.
Gouache has been one of Quincy's favorite mediums from grade school to adulthood because it is so easy to work with, travel with, and get back into after time away from creative hobbies.
Our kit includes a pallet with 8 shades of high quality Gouache paint. Each pan is 2"x1" (Huge! May last a lifetime!), 3 brushes (filbert, flat, and round), a pad of 20 sheets of hot pressed 300gsm water color paper (8" x 10"), and the cutest mini tote to carry it in.
We hope that the Gouache collection inspires you to connect with your creativity!
